Hello! My name is Ashley Merriman. I am a self-taught, cottage home baker who has spent years finding and trying new recipes. Flower Bakery Co. was born from my love of baking cookies (and other sweet treats!) and the desire to make the world a little sweeter.
I took my first royal icing cookie class in 2019 and was hooked! I’ve come a long way since decorating this first set of cookies (look at that snowman!), but I’ve never enjoyed baking more than I do now. I look forward to working with each & every one of my customers to create sweet treats for everyday or their special occasions!
